  The worst customer service I have ever received. I ordered an iced coffee and bagel on my app and it said that it would be ready in 5-10 minutes. I waited inside and saw that they were a little busy, I was in no rush so I waited until close to 25 minutes after I placed my order. I went to the front and all I said was, "hi, I placed an order on my app and it said it would be about 5-10 minutes.. It's coming close to a half hour I was wondering if you got it?" And then an employee named Mason (that I did not approach originally) stepped in and said "Well you could have told someone" I told him that every other time I had ordered on my app, it told me to wait at the pick up window. I have always done that and they would call my order when it was ready. He responded with, "first of all, you could have told someone. Second of all, what was your drink, we can make it." I was not angry, I work in customer service and know things can be forgotten/later than expected. He told me that they never got a sticker, but in reality the other barista walked to the back counter and picked up my order that was just sitting there. I will never be back to this location again.
