  I will not go to this establishment again. The manager is rude and unhelpful, and borderlines on being plain old mean. Customers are not allowed to choose their seats despite the place being empty. After being seated we are expected to return to the counter to place our order, which is rather strange for a place which requires assisted seating. I had ordered a Hazelnut Latte which was served with out any hazelnut flavoring. When politely asking for my order to be fixed by putting a squirt of the flavored syrup in the coffee, the manager declared that she would have to charge me extra. Considering the coffee was overpriced in the first place, I found her attitude toward customers unacceptable.

  Same experience as others, wish I had read reviews before going...
  Came to work, had to spend $10 extra on a stupid gift card to be able to use my debit card. Then couldn't use the wifi because I didn't spend $10 "on food and drinks." Thankfully could use my own wifi hot spot..
  
  It has a very uppity atmosphere which is definitely put forward by the owner? manager? Rude woman working at the counter, whatever she is. I felt like a second class customer because I came in normal attire, by myself planning to get some work done in a relaxed environment, instead of as a primped middle aged woman spending my husband's money on frivolous overpriced lunches (as all the other [and by that I mean the other two] customers appeared to be).

  I used to come here once a week for lunch and coffee until work took me away. Now that my office is around the corner, I'm looking forward to my turkey bacon ranch wrap and coffee again. If you want a quiet and relaxing place to have lunch, this is the place to go. Unlike what others have posted, I have never expeienced poor or unfriendly service.

  Great location and average food. More could be done. But, a sunny day on the balcony watching the river is a must.
